Teacher Training Courses

This qualification is aimed at learners employed in a teaching assistant role who wish to progress to 
Higher Level Teaching Assistant status. The purpose is to develop learners’ knowledge and 
understanding to enable them to address the challenges they meet in their workplace. They will also 
develop an understanding of the knowledge required to support individuals, small groups, and individuals with a range of additional needs.

This is a practical course offering the skills for teaching a programme online. Part one covers the knowledge for teaching, learning and assessing online and part two the planning, delivery and evaluation of an online session. It is a one week course and successful achievement results in a certificate endorsed by TQUK.

This Certificate is designed for part-time tutors and trainers.

This course is for those in a role of quality assuring the assessment process in an organisation. It is also known as an internal verifier award.

This provides the knowledge for those considering an EQA role (standards verifier) for an awarding body. It is also appropriate for those wishing to extend their knowledge of the quality assurance process.

Ideal for teachers and trainers wanting to have a specialised qualification to teach up to Level 2 in English.  Can be studied alongside DET / Assessor Award qualifications.
